Privacy Policy — Funded Founders

Information we collect

When you use the Funded Founders qualifier, we collect: your name, email, phone number, credit-score range, monthly income range, prior funding-denial history, and your funding goal. We do not request or store your full Social Security number, date of birth, or bank credentials during pre-qualification.

How we use your information

We use your information to estimate the funding products you may qualify for, to connect you with a funding specialist, and to communicate with you about your application. We do not sell your personal information.

Soft credit inquiry

The pre-qualification step uses a soft credit inquiry that has no impact on your credit score. A hard inquiry only occurs if you affirmatively accept a final funding offer.

Data security

All data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. We restrict access on a need-to-know basis and undergo regular security review. We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II attestation.

You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@fundedfounders.app.
